1. Are you real? Is this a scam?

Please rest assured that we are legally registered as a private company and have received a business license in China.


2.How about the quality of your product?

Our products are of high quality compared with many rivals.


We pay much attention to our customers' shopping experience. We will always put it on our priority.


3. Whether your photos are the same with the products?

Most of the photos are shot by our photographer, and only a few of them are from magazines.


4. Are the products true to size?

We offer US size in each product, but the size chart may be different due to different items, therefore we suggest you to check the individual measurement size chart under the detail description, then you will know if it fits you.


5. Can I get a discount if I place a bulk order?

Of course. Usually, you will enjoy a 5% discount if you order is over US$1000, and 10% off over US$2500, 15% Off over $5000。


6. Can you send your catalog to me?

We are sorry that we couldn't offer the catalog because we update our product nearly every day(at least 3 times per week). I hope you could take your time to have a view on our website. Thanks!


7. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?

We are not sure about that, but for hot-sale styles, we'll restock as soon as possible.


8. The item is available when I place the order, but why it is not after I finish the payment?

Most of the items are available on our website, but with the increasing of the order, we nearly not notice the inventory of it. We are sorry to be late to update the listing.


9. Can I change or cancel items in my paid order?

Yes, you can, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet.


10. How to do dropshipping?

1) Please download the CSV files from our site directly and then put our stuff on your site to sell.


2) After you do it, please contact us via submitting a ticket and tell us the site link. We will check whether our stuff is sold on your site.


3) After we check, if you meet our requirements, we will mark your account as our drop shipper and you will enjoy an 8% discount automatically when you order.



About Payment

1. What the payment method you accept?


We accept Paypal, Alipay and wire transfer;


Paypal is highly recommended.


2. What is Paypal?


PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).


We cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.


3. Are there any other choices for payment?

Yes, of course. For your convenience, we also accept the following payment methods: Western Union and Money Gram.


Please contact sales inquiry. We will respond to your email query within 1 working day.


4. After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service at support on our home page as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship it to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped out, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.


5. How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order.


6. Do you provide an invoice?

We offer proforma invoices in the package, also send a proforma invoice via e-mail after the package shipped out.




About Shipping

1. What the delivery company you use?

We have USPS, UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, Postal Service, etc.


2. How much will be the shipping cost?

It depends on the weight of the package and the shipping method you choose. You can click the "Estimate Shipping Cost" above the "add to cart" button on the products page, and the system will automatically calculate it for you.


3. How long does it to take for preparing an order?

If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-5 days to prepare for that.


4. How long does it take to deliver it to me?

It depends on the shipping method you choose. For free shipping, it usually takes 18-30 business days to arrive; And for expedited shipping, 3-7 business days.


5. How do I track my order?

Once the tracking number is available, we will email to inform you, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.


6. If the package is detained by customs, who is responsible for the clearance of the items?

It's the buyer.


7. What can you do to help us avoiding custom tax?

Usually, we’ll declare a lower (as your remark) value of your package or split it into several packages to ship.
